Our spaces

The Yard Peckham is a purpose-built industrial fitness venue in Peckham, home to CrossFit Peckham. We hire out our training spaces to personal trainers, coaches, sports therapists, brands and groups - a home that is purposefully built for all things fitness.


Hire The Yard, MetCon, The Tank or Engines individually, or take the whole venue for larger events and takeovers. Check availability on the calendar and send us a booking request online.

Pricing: £150.00 per hour

The Yard is our flagship training floor - a large, purpose-built industrial space in the heart of Peckham, fully kitted out for strength, conditioning and functional fitness. With rigs, platforms, free weights and plenty of open floor, it suits classes, personal training, workshops, brand shoots and events for groups of up to 60. Available to hire by the half-hour.

MetCon

Capacity: 20 people
Pricing: £115.00 per hour

MetCon is a dedicated metabolic conditioning studio, built for high-intensity circuits, small-group classes and interval work. A versatile, well-equipped space for coaches and trainers running energetic sessions for up to 20. Available to hire by the half-hour.

The Tank

Capacity: 18 people
Pricing: £75.00 per hour

The Tank is an enclosed studio, ideal for focused small-group training, personal training, mobility and specialist sessions away from the main floor. A private, adaptable space for up to 18. Available to hire by the half-hour.
Book Engines

Engines

Capacity: 24 people
Pricing: £75.00 per hour

Engines is our cardio and conditioning room, fitted out for endurance work with rowers, bikes and ski-ergs. Perfect for engine-building sessions, warm-ups and conditioning classes for up to 24. Available to hire by the half-hour.

Pricing: £200.00 per hour

Hire the entire venue - The Yard, MetCon, The Tank and Engines together - for large events, competitions, brand activations, filming and takeovers. Our full industrial site gives you exclusive use of every training space, for up to 120 people. Available to hire by the half-hour.
